- Water to barely cover potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 bunch of dill stalks
- reserved dill leaves
- 2 lbs tiny new potatoes

- Bring the salted water to a boil.
- Add the dill stalks and potatoes.
- Cover Partially.
- Simmer until done: do not overcook.
- Pour away the water from the pan, and
- put the potatoes back on the heat uncovered.
- Shake the pan to dry the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with the reserved dill
- leaves, chopped.
